It should be no suprise that I am a total fangirl for Brene Brown, very cliche counselor of me. I’ve read all her books, some multiple times. Brene has a unique talent is striking a balance between research data and personal narrative making her work completely approachable and relatable. This book was geared more towards leadership (I guess that’s obvious by the title) and more for office spaces, companies, and groups. A lot of the information was regurgitated from her other work, which isn’t a criticism; it was put together really nicely and I think anyone could benefit from reading this one, even if you’re not a CEO.
