I don’t think I could sum it up better than this: “A whipsmart debut about three women—transgender and cisgender—whose lives collide after an unexpected pregnancy forces them to confront their deepest desires around gender, motherhood, and sex.” I though the writing was beautiful and the author’s way of describing thoughts and feelings of her characters were so original, thoghtful, and relatable. If you are wanting a deeper dive into the trans community this is a great option.
