“When Things Fall Apart” by Pema Chödrön came highly recommended in a therapist group I’m part of, prompting me to expedite it to the top of my to-be-read list. This is one of the best, and certainly the most relatable, books on meditation and Buddhism I’ve read. Pema Chödrön has a gift for simplifying complex concepts. Her explanations are accessible, making the profound teachings of Buddhism approachable for anyone, regardless of their prior knowledge. The book is not only informative but also beautifully written, resonating deeply with me, especially right now. I would wholeheartedly recommend this book to anyone interested in finding peace and understanding amid life’s inevitable upheavals. It’s a timely and timeless guide that offers wisdom and comfort when it’s needed most.
