Excellent and super digestible read on ADHD. Let’s be honest, it couldn’t be too long if the target audience includes ADHDers, right? The authors both have ADHD themselves and have spent over two decades researching and working with it, which brings a really validating and practical tone to the book.

A few big takeaways: they reframe ADHD as more of a trait than a disorder, highlight the importance of movement and exercise for brain regulation, and dig into how emotional dysregulation is often the most challenging part. I appreciated their compassion, their humor, and how they offer tools that feel accessible instead of overwhelming. Will definitely be recommending to clients.
