I guess I’ve been on a bit of a health kick in my reading this year. The interesting takeaway for me is how much overlap there has been in my reading. It seems like each author is coming at the health suggestions from a different perspective but ultimately arriving at the same conclusions.

This book is all about our natural circadian rhythms, how to get back in sync with them, and how in Panda’s opinion (based in research) nearly everything about our health centers around them. If we can align the four pillars of sleep, time restricted eating, light intake, and exercise, our overall health improves and everything runs more smoothly.
