I have dabbled in Stoicism before but was ready to dabble a little deeper, and this felt like the perfect choice. I read one passage a day and do not intend to stop anytime soon. I actually plan to keep reading one passage a day indefinitely.
Holiday has a great grasp of Stoic philosophy and does an excellent job distilling the original texts and applying them to modern life in a way that feels accessible and relevant. It never feels overwhelming, which makes it easy to stay consistent with the practice.
