We get to read her private journal and follow her journey back to Lapis Lazuli house in London and trying to claim her right to her inheritance. She’s witty, funny, and best of all, succinct. This book just took an hour or two to read and I immediately opened up Volume 2 to continue my escape into Victorian London.
