I would say this book is geared more toward women, specifically married, heterosexual women with children. I think if you’re interested in how to divvy up the workload- with an emphasis on invisible work that needs to be acknowledged, you could skip the book and go to the website to find the cards and just “play the game”. That being said, I found the book to be very validating as have a lot of my clients that have read it.
