Dunbar, from the oft-quoted “Dunbar’s Number” gives us the research behind friends and relationships. How many are we *really* capable of maintaining and how many *should* we foster for our own health and happiness? It’s an interesting dive into relationships, especially in the era of social-media and online “friends”. This is heavy on the research. For a casual reader, I think he covers most of what you need to glean in the first quarter of the book. I did read it to the end and enjoyed it, but wouldn’t recommend it to everyone.
