This novel interweaves the stories of several characters, who, unbeknownst to them, all have a common acquaintance: an octopus. I love animals, and octopuses, (yes, that is the correct plural form) are especially enchanting, intelligent creatures. I love any story about an octopus getting up to antics, and this one does not disappoint.
