This one is specifically for therapists. I took a five-week course from Mark Brayne on Attachment-Informed EMDR, and this book was the perfect follow-up to deepen what I learned.
Brayne is a former BBC correspondent, a late-in-life autism diagnosis recipient, and a wonderfully articulate Brit. That combination makes him a compelling, thoughtful, and engaging teacher. I’m glad I read the book after the course because I could hear his dry wit and warmth come through in the writing.
If you’re trained in EMDR and want to explore a model that integrates attachment, relational depth, and therapist intuition, definitely check this one out.
